1/16/23 update:
Multiple changes and fixes to each system, including:
- Added a chance of hail to storms
- Tornadoes have multiple changes to damage, strengths, etc.
- Cars are now easier to get in and out of
- New effects to power lines, lightning, tornadoes, etc.
- Player changes, including a run/walk button and R15 enabled
- Added a few new buildings and roads around the map
- Bugs and issues fixes
- Trees now move in wind again
- Cars should now always actually be drivable when entered
Known bugs:
- The high school being hit by a tornado causes significant lag compared to every other building
