The pads in the admin house grant mod until you leave the game. Gamepasses last forever if you buy one, just make sure to rejoin if you bought one while you're in the server.

If there's someone abusing their role, type in /votekick and their username, and the server will be allowed to vote on kicking them or not. Keep in mind almost everyone on the server has to vote in favor of kicking someone.
